The luggage compartment of a vehicle used to be nothing more than a big hole in which cases were stowed. Nowadays, the demand is for intelligent features that make optimum use of the space available and assist the user in the easy and safe stowing of luggage.

JUMBO are specialists in individual narrow textile solutions for the luggage compartment, e.g. anchorage systems for large spaces and fastening systems with plastic hooks or metal clasps. One of our special manufacturing skills lies in the combination of textiles with plastic or metal components. Thanks to our partnerships with sur-
face-coating manufacturers and other specialist manufacturers, we are able to offer a wide variety of solutions that include injection-
moulding, extrusion or sewing. At our factory, various processes are used for cutting and tailoring, including heat, cold and ultrasonic. Textiles are also sewn and die cut here. Special emphasis is laid on techniques for plastic-coating narrow textiles. And if desired, we can also fulfil orders for 100% purely plastic-based projects.
